Stacked MPPT photovoltaic controller is a product specially developed for existing base stations using diesel generator scenarios, to expand PV capacity, add energy storage, and reduce diesel consumption. The series-connection technical solution consists of PV modules, a Stacked MPPT controller, a DC-DC bidirectional power module, and a DC power meter. Each PV module is connected in series to the controller, which steps down the module output voltage to -48V and connects it to the switching power supply output busbar to power DC loads. Surplus PV energy charges the energy storage, while insufficient PV energy is supplemented by the storage to power the loads. The solution is designed to increase green energy and reduce diesel consumption at communication base stations and similar scenarios.
